– THIS VENUE IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A LIFT OR RAMP
– Customers are responsible for any damage or breakage caused by their actions whilst using our equipment and facilities. Any costs incurred as a result or damages will be charged to the customer
– We have a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour. Any such behaviour towards staff or other customers may result in immediate termination of the booking and you will not be refunded
– Guests are expected to drink responsibly. Any customer who the venue deems excessively intoxicated may be refused service and/or asked to leave the venue at management’s discretion and will not be refunded, please be mindful that you are drinking responsibly
– All payments are non-refundable, please do not make payment until all details are confirmed and correct
– Any add ons to group sizes may incur additional charges
– If payment has already been made and group size decreases, your payment is non-refundable
– Drink pre-orders are subject to availability
– Everyone in the group must bring a valid form of ID
– The lead booking name must be present at the booking, bookings cannot be made on behalf of other people
– If you arrive 30 minutes later than the time you have booked, you run the risk of losing your reservation and we are unable to issue any refunds
– Entry is at the discretion of the door staff
– You are unable to extend past your booking end time as we may have other bookings beginning after yours, please ensure you book the correct amount of time
– Our venue currently does not have a lift or ramp, the only point of access is stairs so please keep this in mind when booking
