Can staff explain the rules to each game?
Of course. All of our team members will help with anything you need.
Do I need to book? Or can I just walk-in?
You don’t need to pre-book. All of our games are available on a first come, first served basis. However, we do have some packages that you can pre-book.
I’ve left my ID at the bar. When can I retrieve it?
We keep hold of your ID, as we know people forget them sometimes. Just pop down during opening hours and we can give them back.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Customers are responsible for any damage or breakage caused by their actions whilst using our equipment and facilities. Any costs incurred as a result or damages will be charged to the customer.
How is the venue accessible?
The venue is only accessible by stairs. We do not currently have a lift or ramp.
Do you have to be over 18 to visit?
No, Under 18’s are allowed in up until 8pm Sunday – Thursday and until 6pm Friday – Saturday, BUT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.
Do we allow stags & hens?
Of course we do. No offensive outfits though! IF YOU HAVE TO ASK ABOUT THE OUTFIT, THEN IT’S PROBS A NO.
Do you need to be a member to play?
No. we’re open to everybody!
Do you show all sports?
Pretty much. If it’s on, we’re showing it!
