a – Customers are responsible for any damage or breakage caused by their actions whilst using our equipment and facilities. Any costs incurred as a result or damages will be charged to the customer.
Q – HOW IS THE VENUE ACCESSIBLE?
a – THIS VENUE IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A LIFT OR RAMP.
Q – Do you have to be over 18 to visit?
a – No, Under 18’s are allowed in up until 8pm Sunday – Thursday and until 6pm Friday – Saturday.
Q – Do we allow stags & hens?
a – Of course we do. No offensive outfits though! IF YOU HAVE TO ASK ABOUT THE OUTFIT, THEN IT’S PROBS A NO.
Q – Do you need to be a member to play?
a – No. we’re open to everybody!
Q – Do you show all sports?
a – Pretty much. If it’s on, we’re showing it!
Q – Can staff explain the rules to each game?
a – Of course. All OF our team MEMBERS will help with anything you need.
Q – I’ve left my ID AT THE BAR. wHEN CAN i RETRIEVE IT?
a – We keep hold of your ID, as we know people forget them sometimes. Just pop down during opening hours and we can give them back.
